Working for the National Health Service he gained invaluable experience with clinical populations, patients across a broad spectrum from stroke rehabilitation to orthopaedic surgery and musculoskeletal. In promoting health Lee appreciates that being in ‘good health’ is not merely the absence of injury or disease but on wellbeing and balance. Jess Le Duc
Jess qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of Brighton in 2019. She then moved to North Wales after being drawn to the mountains and the pursuit of outdoor sports and has since worked across North Wales in the NHS, gaining a broad range of experience in many areas of Physiotherapy including Musculoskeletal, Sports, Paediatrics, Neurology, Orthopaedics and Elderly Care. Alongside the clinic, Jess continues to work in the NHS as a Specialist Hand Physiotherapist and is happy to offer a specialised Hand and Wrist service here at the clinic also. Jess has a special interest in treating outdoor athletes (climbers, runners, mountain bikers and skiers) as well as dancers. She treats a variety of injuries and conditions such as: shoulder and elbow pain, neck pain, back and pelvic pain, knee injuries, ankle injuries, pre and post operative rehab.
She is also qualified in Sport + Remedial Massage and Pilates, adding these into her practice, and understanding both the short-term and long-term benefits these can have in treating injuries and improving pain; viewing the body as a whole unit where all parts must work together rather than specific segments of joint, muscle or tendon. Having rehabilitated a few injuries herself, Jess understands common mechanisms of injury in both trauma and overuse, and understands that the process of rehabilitation can often be more specific when returning to a sport or activity. Jess is also a Welsh Learner and tries to use her Welsh skills as best she can when treating patients. Jess is a HCPC registered Physiotherapist and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
